Chicken Scratch Books is always looking to establish long-term relationships with booksellers, distributors, wholesalers, and libraries. Here is the information you might need to begin these relationships.

Orders: After the initial contact emails, orders will be placed using invoicing with online or paper payment options. Payment on invoices is due within 30 days. Finance charges may be added to accounts over 60 days past due.

Discounts Given for Book Resellers:

• 5-19 Books – 40%
• 20-49 Books – 45%
• 50+ Books – 50%

Library Discounts: Libraries will receive 20% off regardless of the number of books ordered.

Online Course Wholesalers: Contact us for information unique to reselling the online courses.

Shipping: Books ship from our warehouse in Montana via USPS Media Mail or UPS Ground. Shipping costs will be calculated on order, and actual charges billed. Some orders may warrant free shipping. Check with us in your initial contact email.

Return Policy: Purchases in the US are returnable after 12 months and in sellable condition. We do not cover the shipping costs associated with returns. The initial price will be refunded within 60 days.

Damaged Returns: All claims for damages must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order.
