Order Processing Times

Once an order is placed on our website, you can expect it to ship within 24-48 hours, depending on the day and time of the order. The expected shipping times and days are pursuant to the carrier used. Most orders are received by our customers within a week.

Domestic and International Shipping Options

For orders within the US, we ship using USPS Media Mail, First Class Mail, or Ground Advantage depending on the size of the order. Your shipping charge is based on the total weight of the order.

For orders within Canada, we ship from our Canadian warehouse using Canada Post. Your shipping charge is based on the size and weight of the order.

Potential Service Interruptions

Shipping services may be interrupted or delayed unexpectedly for many reasons, including but not limited to, holidays, diminished service availability of the shipping provider, technical issues, disruptive weather events, etc. We will do everything in our power to get your order to you in a timely manner.

Order Tracking Details

When your order is processed, you’ll receive an email notification of shipping. This email will show your shipping provider and includes the link for tracking your package. If you don’t receive this email, check your spam folder. If it’s still not there, contact us at fulfillment@chickenscratchbooks.com and we’ll send your tracking number to you manually.
