Guided by instructor Kiri Jorgensen, students in 5th – 8th grade will engage through video instruction and ‘paper and pencil’ assignments to practice a fun exploration of the upper middle grade contemporary Sophie Murphy Does Not Exist by T. Blanchard. This course is divided into 4 sections of study.
- Three sections include:
- Guided Interviews about elements of the book
- A book-wide analysis of how the main character is changing
- The last section includes:
- Enrichment project of the student’s choice
- Final Fun With the Author
9 instructional videos are part of this course, including 2 from the AUTHOR, T. Blanchard. Also included are 3 Downloadable PDF instructions and worksheets for in-person assignments.
