If you have a problem…

If your order never arrives, or is damaged in shipping, we’ve got you covered. Email us at fulfillment@chickenscratchbooks.com and tell us what happened. Include the order number from your order email, the date ordered, the items ordered, and your name. If the item is damaged, please include a photo of the damaged product in your email. We will send you a replacement item within a week free of charge.

Undamaged books in new condition (not read), can be exchanged for a different title. You will pay the shipping costs to return the undamaged book. Email us for details at fulfillment@chickenscratchbooks.com.

Online course purchases are not refundable. If you have questions or concerns about your online course, contact us at courses@chickenscratchbooks.com.
